GET provided the soils explorations and geotechnical investigations for the National Bank of Commerce now owned and operated by Center-State Bank. The bank structure is single story, approximately 4700 square feet with a wing extension for the drive through teller facilities. In addition to soil borings, GET performed a double ring infiltrometer test at the site to provide the project civil design engineer storm water detention design rates for the design of pervious concrete for the developments drives and parking. Due to site acreage limitations this environmentally friendly pervious concrete approach to managing storm water runoff was a success. GET provided engineering oversight through the construction phase as well as the construction materials testing services.
