GET has been providing soils explorations, geotechnical evaluations and construction materials testing since 1980 for the church from inception of the first chapel structure to the worship development it is today. Projects over the years have included the initial chapel, a 2-story education and reception facility, a new 1114 seat octagonal Sanctuary, a 3-story multi-purpose facility with a basement, a 12,000 square foot book store and all associated access roads and parking structures. All structures were founded on shallow foundations varying in site preparation requirements specified in the report recommendations. Construction materials testing services included laboratory and field testing of soils, concrete testing, pavement installation/monitoring and testing along with professional engineering support for each of the projects.
